My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️
💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟

Meet Conan💜

* Toward People: Is a really adorable puppy who genuinely loves people. Lies down and exposes his belly to attract attention when he sees people. You may quickly make friends with him if you approach him cautiously and at eye level when you first meet him.
* Toward Dogs: Gets along well in his foster home with other dogs. Greets and smells calmly any dogs he comes across while out for a walk.
* With Cats: Appears vigilant but lacks any violent tendencies toward cats. In case of living with cats, he should be given plenty of time to get acclimated to sharing a home with cats.
* Separation Anxiety: Periodically whimpers for a brief period of time when his foster family leaves. But he stops quickly, settles in, and waits.
* Potty Training: Uses potty pads with 100% success rate and does outdoor potty as well.
* Hygiene: Doesn't particularly enjoy but agrees to be bathed, dried, applied medication, have his ears cleaned, and have his toenails trimmed since he loves people. When provided relaxing and soothing, accepts toenail trimming in a patient manner while lying down.
* Walks: Receives ongoing training because he occasionally gets too excited to sprint ahead. Is frightened of big things, loud noises, and sewers, thus extra caution must be used to avoid missing him since he might rush in front of you or fall flat on his back. Once soothed and comforted, he will resume walking with ease.
* Car Sickness: He drools a bit more when riding in the car.

💌Special Note💌
* Mastered the commands like “Sit” and “Wait”! Is picking up "Paw” and he displays a charming gesture by waving his paw in the air!
* Barks infrequently at outside noises or strangers, but stops right away when given comfort and attention.
* May require training for teething, nipping, crying, creating messes, howling, or barking since he is still a young puppy.
* It is difficult to predict Conan's grown-up size and shedding since his mixture breed is unknown.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US and Canada when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
