My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Kody aka Frankie was adopted as a 7 month only puppy in October 2017. He had previously suffered a broken leg and some burns. Now he is loosing the only home he has known. His family has been thru a divorce and a move. Kody is a handsome black and brown shepherd/hound mix who is almost 7 yrs old and weighs 65 lbs. Kody has slowed down a little due to an old injury from broken hind legs as a pup. He enjoys shorter daily walks with the occasional hike in warmer weather. Kody is smart and eager to please, knows his basic commands and loves pets or treats when he knows he's done well. Kody needs a quiet calm home without young kids as they can make him nervous, he prefers people over dogs. He is up to date on his vaccines and neutered .
