Hello, my name is Mr. Business. After a short period of getting used to you, I am the friendliest cat who appreciates attention. I'm ok being picked up, but I don't prefer it, and I'm not really a lap cat. I am very vocal when you enter the room or if I'm hungry or want attention. I will purr softly after you've been petting or scratching my face for a bit. I like to make biscuits on soft blankets. You can pet me when I'm awake and active, but please don't disturb me if I'm napping. I love to play with cat toys, especially at night. I get the zoomies at night, so you might want to close your bedroom door. My favorite activity is to relax on a kitty hammock looking out the window and watching birds. My favorite toys are mylar balls, feather wands, and cat tunnels! I also enjoy a good scratching post or scratching pad. Our mission to care for all animals is made possible by friends like you. Every day our dedicated staff ensures that every animal receives food, veterinary care and the attention they need until they can find a forever home. With highly recognized investigative officers, IVHS answers the call of over 100 animals in need every day. With our community outreach programs we educate the public on local wildlife, proper pet care and how to be a responsible pet owner. Equally important is IVHS’s commitment to provide a mobile vaccination clinic, low-cost and no-cost spay and neuter programs for our communities.
