My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Mimi and I was born 6/1/23. I did not have much exposure to humans prior to being in the rescue but I am learning that they take good care of me.
I am shy and scared of these big beings coming at me very quickly, but with time, a quiet space, and my own pace, I will be an undercover lover. I just need a little bit of time and understanding to adjust to being loved by humans.

My preferred home would allow me the freedom to roam, explore, play, and interact on my own terms. I have never known a time without someone else, so I would rather have a home with another fur heartbeat in it. With time and gentle understanding, I will come out at night and wake with you in the morning. Will you give me room to roam and implant in your life?

More about this rescue

PurrInc.org is a Cat Rescue dedicated to Improving the Life of Cats. We specialize in Behavior Modification and Education. Socialization of kittens and semi-feral cats. Trapping, spay, neutering, surgical recovery and re-homing of outside and feral cat populations. High-risk cases, Orphan kittens.

We are a Christian-based, Behavioral organization with a mission to Improve the Lives of Cats. We specialize in cats that will bond closely, but would otherwise 'age out on the shelf' or be abandoned outside because they are shy, or need special understanding. Without such efforts, these kitties would never know the love, safety, and comfort of a furever home.
