Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Brutus! Pure bred good boy but his DNA says Australian shepherd and chow (among others). Brutus was found on the side of the highway 2 years ago severely underweight with heartworms and intestinal parasites. He is now a healthy happy boy who is getting better at being a dog every day- he loves a fetch game but please no squeaky toys, he is very good on a leash, lives well in an apartment. Never any accidents in the house! He gets along well with siblings and cousin dogs but will bark when first meeting another dog. He is generally ambivalent towards cats. Does great with kids. He has had some skin issues in the past which are well healed now, went to the vet just a couple weeks ago and is fully up to date on shots, flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention. Ultimately, I never planned on keeping Brutus so long and a large dog doesn't really fit my life, now that he is healthy and happy and I think he deserves to settle in his forever home.
