Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Macchiato is an active orange and white kitten (estimated DOB: 6/22/2023). His foster family describes him as brave, smart, and well-behaved around people and other cats. Macchiato can often be found bounding around the house and playing with his foster siblings. He loves playing with wand and feather toys, balls, cardboard houses, and cat tunnels. When he is not playing, Macchiato loves to get pets and attention from his foster family and snuggle with his sister, Nessie.
Macchiato and Nessie were rescued in summer 2023 along with a number of other abandoned cats and kittens. At the time of their rescue, Macchiato and Nessie were tiny, fragile babies who required bottle feeding, medical attention, and loads of love. They are now fully recovered and ready for a home of their own!
Macchiato gets along well with other cats and kittens. He does well with children. He has not been exposed to dogs. Macchiato can be adopted with his sister, Nessie, or separately with another young kitten in your home.
All kittens must be adopted with another kitten or into a home with another young cat with which he or she can play and socialize. The majority of no-kill rescues nationwide adhere to this policy. This policy is NOT based on a desire to increase our number of adoptions, rather it ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development.
