My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BONDED WITH ARCHIE
Kalinka is a gorgeous long hair black kitten. She is on the shyer side and seeks attention on her own terms. When she does cuddle, she will curl up next to you very nicely. While she tolerates being cradled in your arms, she prefers it when you get down to her level. She adores napping, especially on her cat tower or heated blanket. She also enjoys looking out the window and playing with wand toys, empty boxes, and crinkly balls.

Kalinka is one of a litter of eight born in our care on 8/28/2023. Both Kalinka and her brother, Archie, need to be groomed every few days due to the fluffiness of their fur. They have been getting their nails trimmed regularly but are still.a bit peeved about it! Kalinka can be a bit of a picky eater and prefers small portions to large amounts of food.

Kalinka gets along well with other cats but is somewhat of a loner. She prefers to spend time with cats who do not play roughly. She needs to be adopted with her brother, Archie. She has not been exposed to dogs.

All kittens must be adopted with another kitten or into a home with another young cat with which he or she can play and socialize. The majority of no-kill rescues nationwide adhere to this policy. This policy is NOT based on a desire to increase our number of adoptions, rather it ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development.

To submit an adoption application online: http://www.ppahrescue.org/adoptapp/

If you cannot adopt, please share to help Kalinka find a "furrever" home.

To make a donation via PayPal, USPS, or one of our current campaigns; to provide an item from our Amazon Wish List, or to sponsor an animal, please do so here: http://www.ppahrescue.org/donation/

All animals are already spayed/neutered, FIV/FeLV tested negative, micro-chipped, de-wormed and have all necessary shots. They are ready to go to a loving home. Adoption fee is $175.00 each.
If you have any questions, please email Admin@PPAHrescue.org.

Thank you.
