Here's what the humans have to say about me:
- AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION -
Currently with a foster family in Los Angeles, CA.
Shelly. 47lb. 4M. FMD mix.
Shelly is a very calm and sweet girl! She is staying with a foster home in Los Angeles, CA and waiting for her forever home!
Three years ago, Shelly was adopted to the SF Bay Area. Unfortunately, due to the owner starting a family and personal reasons, she had to give up this sweet girl, Shelly. When Shelly was a puppy, she was very outgoing and friendly with people, dogs and even children. After three years, she is still sweet, lovable and loves to snuggle with her family. But she also became calm, steady, and a little shy with anyone at first. If they have other dogs, she is more likely to open up quicker to that person. She knows her sit, lay and handshake. She is crate trained and will wear her harness and collar at all times. She is good off leash, gets excited when on leash but calms down and is good on leash, and 100% potty train outdoors. She is good with dogs but can be territorial when it comes to food. Just keep some distance between the two dogs when eating.
She is also good on car rides, short or long distance. Shelly is currently staying with a foster home in the SoCal. And looking for a truly responsible family, that family is called forever. Please fill out our adoption application, we would love to hear from you!
