FOSTER NEEDED IN CHEROKEE COUNTY, GA. NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AT THIS TIME. Meet Bentley, a one and half year old, 13lbs Maltese mix. Bentley is a big love bug and adores his people. He is a complete Velcro dog always having one eye on his person. He enjoys other dogs and gets the zoomies often. He is leash trained, house trained, and crate trained. Bentley loves car rides and just hanging out with his people. We are in search of the perfect foster home for Bentley that will help turn him into an even better dog. Bentley is afraid of strangers, startles easily, and resource guards items. He will thrive in a quiet home that fosters rules and boundaries for dogs. A home with one or two calm yet playful dogs and a person that is home more than not. He knows sit but needs work with down and learning to stay off non-dog-friendly furniture. Bentley is extremely submissive and timid to the world around him so a foster parent that will take him places and expose him to the world is a plus. His foster home must have a 6ft or higher privacy fence or no fence with plan for leashed walks.
