My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chica a soulful pup whose life took a heartbreaking turn when she was abandoned with her sister who has since been adopted at a local store. As if that wasn`t painful enough, their previous owner refused to take them back, leaving these devoted companions desperate for someone to open their heart and home.

Chica, has earned her nickname as the `greeter and helper` in the play yard. She has a remarkable ability to politely redirect her dog friends when they become too rough, and she served as her sister`s protector and champion.

Don`t let Chica`s past define her future. Together, we can ensure that her life is filled with all the love and happiness she deserves. Let`s make her dreams of a forever home, filled with warmth and love, a reality.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process consist of filling out an agreement document that specifies the adopter will have the adopted animal vaccinated for rabies and spayed/neutered as needed, within an appropriate time period. Currently the adoption fee is $50, but $40 of that comes back in the form of a voucher than can be used at local veterinarians for the rabies vaccination and/or spay/neuter procedure.
