Carlisle and his siblings were dumped in a cardboard box under someone's mailbox when they were barely 9 weeks old. They are typical active, playful, and confident heeler puppies with lots of toy and food motivation. They all tolerate being handled over their entire body and nail trims very well. We think they have so much potential in the right home! These puppies are microchipped, altered, up to date on all of their vaccines, and raring to go. Carlisle is the biggest in the litter and handsome as can be! He is a good balance of the personalities we have seen between this set of siblings--goofy, playful, spunky, eager, intelligent, stable, grounded, and of course, a major cuddler and sweet-as-can-be. He recently attended an all day adoption event at the Tractor supply and spent 6 hours in an unfamiliar and overwhelming environment. Most of the day was spent on a harness and a leash or inside a crate. While on leash, he eagerly greeted every stranger that would pet him and played nicely with the other puppies, adult dogs, and small senior dog that we had at the event. While in his crate, he spent time chewing on his treat or resting. We really feel that his behavior at the Tractor Supply event shows evidence of how much potential he has to be a well-rounded, pleasant family companion and how much versatility and adaptability he displays for his future environment.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved we will have you and your potential new pet meet and greet. If you would like to adopt a dog we also ask that you bring along your current dogs to meet with them also!
If there are no reservations on either party, the adoption contract will be signed and you will get to take your new family member home.
