Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Comet here, and I'm a dapper boy just under 6 years old who is on the hunt for a sunny spot to call home this spring and summer! I'm a joyful panther who thrives on spending quality time with my humans, especially when there's playtime involved. Whether it's chasing after toys or indulging in some catnip fun, count me in!
Now, here's a little backstory about me: I came to Ten Lives after facing multiple urinary blockages, which led to a successful PU surgery – a procedure aimed at reducing the risk of future blockages. Since then, I've been doing great and haven't had any blockages! However, to keep me in tip-top shape, I'm on a special prescription urinary diet. It's essential that I stick to this diet to maintain my health, as I'm still prone to UTIs and may require additional vet visits when these occur.
Despite these considerations, I'm a loving and affectionate companion who's ready to be your one and only feline friend, though I love kids and dogs! My pals at Ten Lives have been amazing in taking care of me, and I'm forever grateful. They can provide all the details about my special diet and medical needs when you inquire about adopting me. Together, we can make every day feel like a sunny adventure!
And guess what? My adoption fee is is sponsored! I am now accepting adoption applications, available below!

About Ten Lives:
Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat.
Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience!
All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
