Of course I’d rather be the only pooch, but I like hanging out with canine pals too. Large males and energetic youngsters can get on my nerves. Kids? 12+ please because I’m a big guy and don’t know it. Kitties? They are fun to chase. Birds? Could care less. Meeting sidewalk K9 soldiers? It depends. Doggy park pals? Nope. Big fenced yard? Hallelujah! House visitors? Like ‘em all, just ask me first. Car rides? Anywhere with you! Vet visits? Let’s talk. Groomer? Love me a good spa day!

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, we service the Western United States including, AZ, CA, CO, NE, NM, NV, WA, OR, ID, and WY. SSRI works with public shelters and owner surrenders to place in need Springer Spaniels in loving forever homes. SSRI is an all-volunteer group and a Federal 501(c)(3) non-profit. We do not have a facility. We rely on our foster homes to provide the love our dogs need while they wait for their forever homes.
