Jade is a very sweet 7 months old super friendly puppy.
Jade is a curious and relaxed puppy when indoors. She is a bit shy with people but quickly warms up to new visitors. She is very close to her sister Jolly with whom she is being fostered with. She is constantly cuddling or sleeping next to her.
Outdoors, Jade will let herself go in a good way; She will play the zoomies with
her sister. She can be a ball of energy in a large backyard but is a very well-behaved dog who is gentle with people and other dogs.
Jade is the smallest puppy of her liter but she is confident with other dogs. She is all smiles when meeting new pup friends.
Jade is good with children. She gets to play with her foster mom’s granddaughters (age 4 and 7) every day.
Jade and Jolly have not been cat-tested but they don’t run after the stray cats that live outside her foster home.
Jade is potty-trained. Her foster mom doesn’t like crating but Jade travels well in a crate when going out for car rides with sis Jolly.
She is medium energy. Jade loves playing with balls and chew toys. Her foster mom says that Jade is one of the most well-behaved puppies she has ever had in her home. Jade just lays on her bed and plays gently with other dogs inside the house.
She understands “sit” in Spanish. She is excellent in her potty skills.
She needs to get more used at walking on leash. She also needs to learn more
commands but she has a great memory so this should come easily to her.
Jade would do well in a home with other dogs as she has been in a dog-pack her whole life. She would love getting hugs and gentle pets from sweet kids. She would love to get two short walks per day and lots of time doing the zoomies in a nice backyard.
She is very intelligent, extremely loyal and super loving. She loves playing with her sister. We will truly love for Jade and Jolly to go to a home together.
Jade is 7 months old, 30 lbs and growing. She will become around 35-40 lb at adult weight. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. She is also kept on heartworm and flea preventatives.
Jade, and her 3 other sisters (Jolly, Juniper and Jewel) were abandoned in a truck yard at 3 months of age. A nice lady fed them almost every day for 3 months until finally, rescuers were able to place them in foster homes.
Jade is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home. Adoption fee includes transport fee.
