Penelope was a quiet little girl and has truly blossomed into showing the most playful
personality thanks to her fabulous foster!
Penelope loves having slumber parties with her foster mom and resident dog. Penelope would do well in a home with other cats. Penelope is between 3-4 years old, spayed and up to date.
