My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sugar Boo, a 2 year old 50lb Staffordshire Bull Terrier Brindle female, rescued from the streets when she luckily found herself lost outside where I work. Sugar Boo does fine with our 27lb dog and the 4 cats that live here. Since then, Sugar Boo has enjoyed quite a few road trips to the dog park and to visit friends around town but she is still afraid in new situations and needs a little reassurance when experiencing new sounds, new dogs and new people. She also has met the nephew of the family who is 6 years old as well as his 4 siblings. She loves a good game of fetch to anyone willing to throw her stuffie around. Sugar Boo has learned a few commands like sit and is learning how to build confidence through reassurance and socialization. An ideal home for Sugar Boo is people that will continue to show her the ways of the world, that all people are not bad and to continue to teach her that they all have fingers to scratch her behind the ear or give out belly rubs and treats. She will need a home that will allow her to snuggle under the covers, show her adventure, and continue to train her with positivity, treats and sugars.
