Kona is arguably the most handsome hound there ever was. He is a 1 year old, 40 lb hound mix looking for his perfect family. Kona is kid and dog friendly. Kona loves to play and go on adventures with his foster! He walks well on leash and is working on his crate training. He's made remarkable progress on sit, down, and come - he's a smart boy! Kona could happily play in the yard with you for hours and then take a very long nap after! Kona would do best in a home without cats.

He is neutered, up to date on core vaccines and microchipped.

We have a strict adoption process. An adoption application must be completed and submitted via our website. A home check is mandatory. We also check all personal and vet references.
We need to feel confident that our animals are going to loving and benevolent homes that are financially stable. We require an adoption fee for each of our dogs. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and heart worm tested.
