Meet Chrissy! Chrissy is a sweet senior girl. She is around 14 years old. Chrissy’s former mommy had to go to a facility where Chrissy was not allowed. Chrissy is used to a quiet home and being the only pet so we are looking for the same thing in a new home for her. Chrissy will be your new best friend and loves to be by your side. She is very loving, and enjoys being held. Her favorite thing is to be brushed! Chrissy has been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) which is being managed by a prescription diet. Her adoption fee is $100.

Paws and Prayers Cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

More about this rescue

Our primary mission is to rescue, care for, and find loving homes for homeless cats and dogs. Our secondary goal is to make sure all of these animals are spayed or neutered. It is a big task, but we are ready! Paws and Prayers is based in the Northeast Ohio region. We operate as a non-profit, incorporated organization that functions solely on the efforts of foster homes and adoption volunteers.
