My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lilac, a 3-year-old, 60lb Great Pyrenees mix with a heart as gentle as her demeanor. Lilac walks like a dream on a leash, enjoys being by your side, and never jumps on people.
This sweet girl is a perfect match for any family – great with little kids, the elderly, cats, and dogs. Despite her occasional limp, she's a laid-back companion, especially ideal for a quieter home.
Lilac faces health challenges like heartworm positivity and a hip concern that needs a specialist's attention. Despite these hurdles, Lilac is ready to bring her sweet and gentle spirit to a loving home.

More about this rescue

We provide animal related services to our local communities. We are currently partnered with multipule cities to provide Animal Control and/or sheltering within their City limits. As part of our daily outreach we pick up stray animals and try to get them back to their owners. In any case where the owner cannot be located and the dog is adoptable we reach out to both the internet community and our local communities to find loving homes.
