My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I'm Ford II & I'm just a gentle giant who just wants a whole lotta love. I love lounging around with my foster family who includes one 7 year old and another large dog. I am SUPER chill, take treats gently, like to explore outside, never leave my mom's side, watch the kid act crazy and play with my roommate who is about my size. We rough house a little but no fetch for me. I do know my manners like sit and shake. I do know what the word 'no' means, although sometimes I choose to ignore it. When we go to the pet store, I ignore the other dogs and just want to know where the treats are. Walking on a leash is a breeze & I enjoy it. I really like my kennel, it's my safe space. I like older kids and seem to tolerate the little ones from what I have seen inside my kennel. I don't know about cats just yet... I am just a big ol' lover, so I don't see why not? All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption.
