My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bagira is a beautiful black cat with a touch of white on her chest. We estimate her date of birth to be 8/15/2021. This purr machine is truly a rare gem. Once a feral outdoor cat, Bagira has learned that being a house cat is a great gig! Following a few months with her foster mom, she has relaxed and allowed herself to trust people. She loves attention, and she will ask for more pets by pushing her head against you. She also will reach up to ask for hugs, wrapping her paws around your neck to return your affection. Bagira loves kisses so much that sometimes she gets excited and gives little love bites. She also has a playful side; give her just about any toy and watch her go wild!

Bagira came into our care when a concerned citizen found her wandering the streets. She was pregnant, and her initial examination showed that she was expecting five babies. Imagine our surprise when she gave birth to eight!

Bagira loves people. She does not get along with other cats and should be the only pet in your home.

You may visit with Bagira at Pet Supplies Plus, 3757 N Lincoln Ave in Chicago.
