My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**I'M CURRENTLY IN FOSTER CARE, BUT I'M STILL AVAILABLE TO ADOPT OR GO TO RESCUE! TO INQUIRE, PLEASE CONTACT THE ADOPTION CENTER. Email: adoptions@ivhsspca.org **

Hello, my name is Lily. I am a super friendly and relaxed girl with a tail that never stops wagging. I love all people and accept affection from everyone I meet. I am a perfect companion for a family with children of all ages or anyone who wants a quiet, friendly pet with good house manners. I am good with other dogs and have done well in doggie playgroups at the shelter.

I know basic commands and will automatically sit and work for treats. I'm good on leash, and my favorite activities are going for walks or car rides, playing fetch, and playing with water sprayed from a nozzle. I'm 100% house trained and enjoy relaxing in my bed and sleeping through the night.

If you're looking for a doggy that is always happy, friendly, quiet, and super relaxed, I might be a perfect match for you!

More about this shelter

Established in 1949, the Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. is a private, non-profit, full-access animal shelter dedicated to providing a safe refuge for animals in our community. Our mission to care for all animals is made possible by friends like you. Every day our dedicated staff ensures that every animal receives food, veterinary care and the attention they need until they can find a forever home. The Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA is a private, 501c3 nonprofit organization and is supported by contributions, grants, bequests, proceeds from pet adoptions, pet licensing and fees for services.

With highly recognized investigative officers, IVHS answers the call of over 100 animals in need every day. With our community outreach programs we educate the public on local wildlife, proper pet care and how to be a responsible pet owner. Equally important is IVHS’s commitment to provide a mobile vaccination clinic, low-cost and no-cost spay and neuter programs for our communities.
