My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Stanley, a cat with a soul as mellow as a summer's day. His demeanor is sweet and friendly, making him the perfect companion for those seeking a gentle presence. Stanley's favorite pastime is bird watching, his eyes following their flight with a tranquil curiosity. He's a bit of a foodie, finding joy in treats and meal times. Stanley is also a professional napper, embodying the laid-back spirit of a true hippie. His peaceful aura brings a calming energy to any home. Adopt Stanley and bring a slice of serenity into your life. Stanley is a special care animal for a few reasons. When Stanley gets anxious, he has a tendency to overgroom himself causing hair loss, so he is currently taking medication that will help with this. He's also an older fellow, and is experiencing decreased kidney function, which is very common in senior cats. This signals the early stages of kidney disease which will need monitoring at a private vet. And while you're there, he'll probably need his teeth checked out too. He didn't exactly listen to the dentist when they told him to floss better, so he's dealing with dental tartar and gingivitis as well. Despite these things, Stanley is as spry as ever, and bounces around like he's no older than five! Can you help a senior cat out? Apply for Stanley today by clicking on the "Adopt me" button.
