My name is Chachi and I am a very handsome and loving Great Pyrenees boy that is 18 months old and only 98 pounds. I am big but NOT HUGE! You see me smiling?
Well, I do this all the time because I am a happy dog and I want people to know that I am very friendly and ready to be petted. I really do like all people and all dogs that I meet. I really, really love children too! They say that my breed requires a fenced yard and I have to say that is a really good idea. I like spending time outside and you really don’t want to have to sit and watch me for safety reasons if you don’t have a secured fence. So…. if you have a physical fenced yard then Critter Cavalry Rescue would like to speak with you. I think that if you love BIG dogs that I am a rather handsome dude to consider. Mud puddles might NOT be my friend but big snow falls and deep banks would make me really happy! I could stay clean very easily. I am almost housebroken, and crate trained. I would like to be your inside cuddle/lovebug and maybe help you start the new year off to a nice white fluffy start! Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website.
