HAPPY HOLIDAYS! I'M RUSSELL! I am a 6-pound, 6-year-old Chihuahua given up by my owner right before the holidays at a shelter, but thankfully I was rescued in the lobby before being impounded. What timing! Now I'm looking for a new foster or forever home. I am a good boy - I am shy around both people and other dogs, but that's partly because of all of the changes in my life. I love to bask in the sun and feel the warmth on my coat, which is beautiful and shiny. I'm a sweet pup who would love to snuggle with you at night. Can you foster or adopt me?
