My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rosie!

Rosie's had a tough journey, spending most of her life in a small kennel. Since coming to our rescue, we've been helping her socialize and establish a routine, and the progress is heartwarming.

She's great with easygoing medium to large dogs and is curious about cats, but respectful. When it comes to kids, Rosie does great with slightly older ones. To make her feel at home, Rosie will need a fenced-in yard where she can run and play. Given her past mistreatment, a structured routine and schedule will work wonders for her happiness and well-being.

Rosie has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on all preventative care and vaccines. Rosie is a smart and loving pup, seeking reassurance and cuddles. If you're ready to offer her the loving home she deserves please apply at luckypawsmidwest.org today.

More about this rescue

Lucky Paws Midwest's goal is to work with animal shelters, animal control facilities, rescues and individuals all across the U.S. to help place at risk animals into foster homes and eventually permanent homes.

Since we do not currently have a shelter, all animals are placed in foster homes. The majority of our foster homes reside in Western Wisconsin, but we are willing to work with people all over the country!
