My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lady is very beautiful and sweet kitty who loves being petted and craves human attention. She has a calm and laid back disposition and is usually found on the couch or on the top of the cat tree napping. She loves Temptations treats and wet food. She is a little wary of other cats at first. She was bullied in the past and stands her ground if needed. Overall, she gets along well with other cats.
Lady has not been exposed to dogs or children while in foster, but her easy going nature should be a good fit for any home with children over 10.

Lady is FIV positive and there are a lot of inaccurate myths about this diagnosis. It is not transmitted from sharing litter, boxes, dishes, toys or being in common space with other cats it is only transmitted through bites and scratches between the feline species. Although she's tested positive for FIV, with the right loving home she will live a long, happy life and a make a wonderful addition to your family! Please don't hesitate to give Lady a chance at a great life. She is a lovely loving cat, who will be a wonderful companion and feline friend.
