My name is Penney!

Penney was actually our neighbors dog. They got her as a puppy, but she lived outside and was never touched. We witnessed them physically abusing her and generally neglecting her for a couple months. She wouldn’t let any human near her, but she was very loyal to her space. We began feeding her and slowly gained her trust. Our neighbor told us “if you can catch her, you can keep her!”

She’s sooo well behaved fur a neglected and abused puppy! She’s completely come out of her shell and LOVES kids! We wish we could keep ourselves! She’s so sweet and cuddly and would bring joy to any loving family!
