My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Unfortunately we are looking to rehome our 6 year old standard poodle. Meet Sam.
Sam is an amazing dog but he needs to be in a home without young children. He loves other dogs & cats! He is not neutered however he is up to date on all shots. We have never rehomed an animal & Sam is near & dear to our hearts but we can’t risk the safety of our young children due to his behavior. He has never snapped at them but he does growl any time they are close. They are 1 & 2. He’s great with adults, older kids, & he doesn’t know a stranger. He is a big lover! He plays like a pup & still has quite a bit of energy! He is extremely smart & well behaved aside from the temperament towards our kids. My sister previously had him but we took him in due to her work schedule & the fact that she lives in an apartment & couldn’t give him the time & attention he deserves.
We don’t want him just going to anyone so we do have a rehoming fee. We would love to meet first to see if we feel he would be a good fit
