My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Well, hello there!  I don't want to make you feel too sad, but I do want you to know where my rescue journey started.  I was abandoned with my puppies behind a movie theater.  My puppies were picked up by someone I don't know, and I was left there alone.  My foster mom saw my story online, and kept asking about me.  Finally, she just came and got me herself.  And yay!  I have been in a home with 3 other dogs and a 13 year old girl.  The male dog has had romantic feelings for me, but I friend-zoned him immediately.  He seems to be taking it okay I guess, but sometimes he forgets the "just friends" part.  I was initially timid, but as soon as I knew that I was safe, I started coming out of my shell.  I like to play, but I also like to cuddle and nap.  I like to give kisses to show that I am grateful for being given a second chance.  My foster mom tells me I am a good girl, especially since I am house broken.  Unfortunately, others have shared my sad beginning and are waiting on help to come.  If you adopt me, you will open up a spot for one of my other friends. :)

I am up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped and tested heartworm negative. My adoption fee is $200 locally in Houston, TX or $350 out of state (includes health cert and travel fee). Fill out an app to meet me: https://toolkit.rescuegroups.org/of/f?c=SQYPSGVQ

Additional adoption info

With an approved application, applicants are considered for the pet they have applied for. Our goal is to make the best match for both the adopting family and the pet. Applications are NOT considered on a first come first served basis. Following an initial meet and great, potential adopters must pass a home inspection and sleepovers are strongly encouraged to ensure a perfect fit. Upon approval, the adoptive family is required to pay a fee and sign an adoption agreement. Fees are $200 for a puppy under a year and $150 for adults and include spay/neuter, current vaccines, microchip and many wonderful years of companionship.
