Dakota is an adorable pup with the sweetest face and cutest speckled markings! She is an energetic gal who will be a great fit for an active family! She would love to have another playful dog in her forever home. She absolutely LOVES to play and will bring you her toys and wait for you to throw them. Tug of war? Running? Fetch? She's game for anything! She'd be a ton of fun for someone who likes to hike or do agility. She is a very smart girl but a little stubborn, so consistency is key when it comes to her training!
Dakota is a little shy around new people but has really blossomed in her foster home! She absolutely adores belly rubs, head scratches, and getting allll the attention. With positive training and reassurance in her foster home, she has started warming up to new people much more quickly than before. Patience is key when it comes to winning over this sweet girl!
Dakota does great in her kennel and is 100% potty trained. She gets along with other dogs and all people, including kids. She does like to herd cats and play with them, so she'd do best in a home without any shy or scared kitties. She'd do just fine with a very outgoing, playful cat. She absolutely LOVES her ring toy and will be your BFF if you throw toys and let her catch them!
