My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Jinx! 🐾

Introducing Jinx, a sensitive, sweet, and gentle soul who's sure to capture your heart with his soulful dark eyes and silky soft white coat.

Jinx shows remarkable promise as a puppy in his foster home, particularly with his potty training. He confidently walks to the door when it's time to go outside, knowing exactly where his spot is. Jinx loves lounging on his bed and quietly entertaining himself with his toys—a real bonus, as he neither shreds his bed nor annihilates his toys! He's also well-acquainted with his crate, sleeping peacefully through the night and taking naps throughout the day.

Jinx thrives in an apartment setting, making him the perfect companion for city dwellers. His quiet nature and ease on a leash mean he's ready for your next urban adventure, perhaps even a calm stroll through a bustling farmer's market. While Jinx enjoys a playful romp, he settles down nicely, showing that he can be both energetic and relaxed, adapting to your pace of life.

Jinx has proven to be a gentle and loving companion in his foster home. He's good with children of all ages, making him a fantastic family dog. His interactions with other dogs are playful and polite, and though he has a dominant play style, he is always respectful and never too rough. Jinx might greet you with a soft whimper when you come home, but he's not much of a barker. He adores his foster siblings and has gotten along famously with every pup he's met.

Jinx is entirely food-focused but enjoys treats, always taking them gently. Like any puppy, he loves his chew toys and doesn't mind getting wet, whether that's during bath time or in the rain, hinting at some possible labrador traits in his mixed heritage. His charming behavior includes adorable snout jabs when he's excited and the cutest ear folds that will melt your heart. Though he sometimes whines in his crate, it's only because he loves being around his people and other dogs.

This lovely boy is looking for a home where he can continue to flourish. Jinx would thrive in an environment with a playful canine companion or a family that can provide him with the attention and activity he adores. He's a dog with so much love to give and is ready to find his forever home where he can share endless kisses and joyful playtimes.

Are you ready to meet Jinx and let him jab his way into your heart? Jinx will need a dedicated family willing to continue his training and socialization to help him grow into the best version of himself. He is the perfect match if you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who brings calm and sweetness into your home. Ready to welcome this gentle soul into your life? 🐶❤️

Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.
