Spencer has a personality that is just as contagious as his big ol' smile. This happy-go-lucky pup has had some training and did wonderful in a foster home. He does well with older kids and calmer dogs. He loves to run around chasing tennis balls, but he's also quick to flop over for belly rubs. Spencer is patiently waiting for someone to take a chance on him and give him the home and love he deserves.
