What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Are you a lover of hiking in the hills, trekking through trails, and running around on beaches? Well, Whiskey is enamored with those places, too. This handsome male pup is a noteworthy companion, and he’ll be happy to be by your side, wherever you go.
True to his namesake, Whiskey is very sociable, and he gets along well with just about everybody. He’d be happy to cuddle with his head on your leg, as much as he’s comfortable in a gathering of people, looking for love and cheese. He gets along well with other dogs, once they’ve had a chance to meet, and although he’s never lived with a cat, I have no doubt they’d work it out amicably.
Whiskey makes a great listener; he knows at least a dozen useful instructions and he can be regularly trusted to do what he’s asked, both when requested and often, without prompting. So much so, that he’s fine to let off leash in the right environment – you’ll look to see where he went, and he’ll be walking right alongside you.
