I am 18 pounds of fabulous!

WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE?
Is “adorable” the right answer here? Because that’s what I look like! I am a tiny little fawn-colored nugget with big ears, adoring eyes, and the best little Frenchie pout ever!

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT?
I have not come across anything I don’t like to eat, if I’m being honest. But foster mom is careful to make sure I develop good eating habits and behaviors, so we mostly stick to my yummy kibble and my “oh, what a good girl” treats.

WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE?
I am so much fun! I mentioned I am a puppy, right? So I have ALL the puppy energy and excitement about everything and everyone. Every day is a new adventure and I wake up ready for anything. I am always in a good mood because life is amazing! Let’s play! Oh, but I am also a huge fan of a cozy nap because down time is super important for puppies, and I am a good puppy!

DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY:
My day starts with yoga stretches and then rolling around to get the blood flowing, followed by potty time and a tasty breakfast. After all that is out of the way, it is time to play… with a toy, a human, or a dog, it’s all the most fun to me! And hopefully I have time in my fabulously busy schedule to squeeze in some quality time for bone-chewing and cuddles with the humans. Sprinkle my puppy naps in there throughout all that activity and it is definitely the PERFECT day!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY?
Oh, this is an easy question. Hands down, the best toy EVER is my precious stuffed lamb. I sleep with him and carry him around with me for my stretches and potty in the morning. He is my absolute favorite companion. I have also developed a strong affection for my foster brother’s big stuffed hedgehog, even though the hedgehog is almost bigger than I am!

DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS?
I am learning how to be a good puppy…that’s pretty tricky if you ask me! I am also learning how to “sit” on command, and I am pretty darn good (if I do say so myself) about leaving things alone when foster mom says, “Leave it!” That’s hard!

WHAT SCARES YOU?
I have not found anything scary so far! Even loud noises and the vacuum cleaner don’t faze me one bit. What a brave girl!

HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN?
Yes, my foster mom’s grandchildren come over and I do great with them. I am a little rambunctious sometimes (again, I’m a puppy!), so foster mom is teaching me to slow down and get comfortable with the littles and I am doing great!

DO YOU LIKE CATS?
Yes, I have been around a cat and I was such a good girl! Everyone is my friend, really. The cat I hung out with was used to being around dogs, so if I met a cat that wasn’t super dog-savvy, I think it would just take some slow introductions for us to get used to each other.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS?
Yes, please! I am all about doggy fun time! I currently live with three other dogs of all sizes, and we get along great!

IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE?
I would be happy anywhere that there are people who love me and feed me and cuddle me… Yes, it really is all about me, right?

HOW IS YOUR HEALTH?
Perfect! I am the picture of good health since NorCal Bully Breed Rescue saved me!

WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION?
I live with my foster mom and dad, and they have three dogs of all sizes and ages. I love everyone, but there is no hiding the fact that foster mom is the apple of my eye. She takes the best care of me, so I make sure to show her how much I appreciate her by sticking close to her side and cuddling her at every opportunity.

WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE?
I am so content and comfortable in my pen or crate. I just chill with my lamb stuffie and nap until it is time to play again.

WHERE DO YOU SLEEP?
I mostly sleep in my pen, but every so often foster mom will let me sleep with her. I really don’t mind my pen, though. With my lamb stuffie to keep me company, I am the happiest little nugget all night long until it is time for my morning yoga!

DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
I love walks. Exploring the world is exciting! But I am still learning my good-girl leash manners, so I need more practice and patience until I figure that out. I am a work in progress, and I will be well worth the effort so we can have adventures together!

DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
There is nothing “not so great” about me! I am just about the most perfect little girl you’ll ever meet. But if you ask foster mom, she might say something about paws splashing around in the water bowl, but is that really a habit, or is that just a hobby? Either way, I am admitting to nothing in response to this judgy question!

ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?
Yes! I am so good about going potty outside. My foster mom takes me out regularly to give me a consistent structured schedule because I am a puppy, and it is all a learning process at my age. I am proud to say that I have not had a potty accident in my pen even once since I came to my foster mom’s house. As long as I know where I am supposed to go for potty time, and with patience and consistency, potty training is not going to be a big concern with my new family.

DO YOU LIKE WATER?
I am a good girl when I get a bath. But I would not say I am “liking” it as much as I am just tolerating it. I have learned that if I behave during a bath, I get the good-girl treats afterward. Oh, and since we are talking about water fun instead of criticizing my hobbies… I will admit that I really enjoy making a mess by playing with water in the water bowl. But it is fun, so can you really blame me? As far as swimming… no thank you. For my safety, I should not be around pools or other bodies of water, please.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
What’s not to love? I get cuddles, play time with humans and other dogs, I am loved and adored, and I know I am safe. As long as I have love and security, I am the happiest little girl in the world.

WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO NORCAL BULLY BREED RESCUE?
I don’t remember much about it, thankfully. I was found wandering in the streets of San Francisco at around four months old. I was not feeling so great and the shelter couldn’t take care of me so they called NorCal Bully Breed Rescue, who saved my life and made sure that I would not be scared or lonely like that ever again. Now I am all better and ready to see what this big fabulous world has in store for me… Are you willing to show me the kind of life that a sweet girl like me deserves?
