Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MEET SADIE! Sadie is a 15 yr old golden girl. Despite being a senior cat with diabetes, Sadie is very active and loves meal time. She especially loves the little chicken-bits snacks that she convinces her foster mom she NEEDS with her adorable meows. After a very reassuring vet visit to stabilize Sadie's diabetes, her condition has become very manageable, so much that Sadie is completely unbothered by her daily insulin injections. Some of Sadie's favorite activities are sunbathing, snack time, playing with crinkly toys, climbing on furniture, and LOTS OF CUDDLING! Sadie's foster mom says she's never met a more cuddly cat. The second you sit on a couch or lie on your bed, Sadie will not be far behind ready to snuggle right next to you or lay right on top of you! Pro-tip: put a blanket on top of you and you'll get a free massage because nothing gets this biscuit maker into work mode like a fluffy blanket! She's not afraid to purrrrr and let out a little drool to let you know just how happy she is being with you, especially when she gets pets and scratches too! Sadie is also cat-friendly after a slow transition to new fur friends.
Sadie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV tested negative. To obtain an application to adopt sweet Sadie, email jennyv@fcacc.org.
