Crue can be likened to a graceful ballerina, embodying elegance and poise in every movement. Much like a ballerina's soft and supple movements, Crue's long and lean physique allows her to glide through her surroundings with a natural finesse.
Crue mirrors the reserved demeanor of a ballerina offstage, exuding a quiet and understated charm. Just as a ballerina may initially appear reserved before a performance, Crue may retreat into the background, observing with a discerning eye.
When it comes to affection, Crue's love for being pet draws parallels to the way a ballerina appreciates the gentle touch of choreography. The softness of Crue's fur is reminiscent of the delicate fabrics adorning a ballerina's costume, inviting a tender connection with those who take the time to engage with her.
Crue and her sister Motley were adopted together as kittens, but they unfortunately found themselves back at the rescue after their family surrendered them after seven months. Although we are sad that Motley and Crue have to look for a forever home again, we are grateful that they were returned to a safe place. We're not sure exactly what happened, but Motley and Crue were surrendered in overall good physical condition, however clearly were needing more love than could be offered from their first family.
Motley and Crue are now about 9 months old and back in the same foster home where they spent their first few months. They love getting pets, eating treats, and decompressing in a safe and warm environment.
Crue lived with a family with young children, but seems to be thriving in a calm and quiet environment. She would do best in a quiet house with adults willing to give her time to blossom into her true self. Crue would do well as a single cat, but also could be comfortable in a home with another cat. Crue can be adopted by herself or with her sister Motley.

All of our animals come with health records and are dewormed, have age appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, all cats are FIV/FeLV tested, and all dogs over 6 months are heartworm tested.
In order to be considered as an adopter you must:
* Be 21 years of age or older
* Have identification showing your present address
* Agree to a home check
* Be able and willing to provide a loving, safe and peaceful environment for this pet
* Be financially stable and willing to provide any necessary medical care
Once you have filled out an application, your application will be reviewed. If approved, we will contact you to schedule a meet and greet and home check via the email address provided.

Additionally, we hope to build a humane community that promotes compassion and kindness, by controlling the overpopulation of these animals through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), community outreach services, pet food bank, and education.
