My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Jasper from a Texas based rescue at around 6-8 months old. He was in rough shape. He was drenched in urine, had scratches all over, had crusted masses around his nostrils, dirty teeth, dirty ears, and was full of worms. We’ve had him for two years now, and he’s come really far. He knows some basic commands like sit, down, off, some fun ones like spin, beg, middle, up, touch, and find it. He loves to learn, he loves dog puzzles and snuffle toys, but more than that, he loves to snuggle with people. He will be your personal 45 lb lap heater.

He’s food motivated. He’s got potential for someone who can dedicate the time to him. He’d be great at agility or scent work. He loves going on walks just to sniff.

He goes to daycare twice a week and loves other dogs.

His biggest flaw is that he just loses his mind when he sees a cat. I have two cats, and I’ve been trying to get them to get along for two years now. It's not working and I can't keep putting my cats through that.
