My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gus arrived at his foster mom’s house, initially timid of everything and everyone, but has since blossomed into the most enchanting cat with a heart of gold and a distinctive black beard. Gus lives life on his own terms, never rushing into new experiences or relationships. However, once he trusts you, his affection knows no bounds. He'll gladly snuggle in your lap for hours, purring contentedly. At night, he'll cuddle up beside you, unfazed by any tossing and turning from his human.

But Gus's affection extends beyond humans. He's a loyal companion to his fellow felines, always ready for a playful game of chase or a shared nap in the sun. He even enjoys the company of his canine brother, often playfully teasing him with his kitty antics. Gus has a fondness for his toy mice and can never have too many. And if you're up for it, he'll eagerly bring you his toys, ready for some playful fun together. He delights in catnip and loves to chatter with the birds from the window sill. With his charming personality and mischievous streak, Gus would bring laughter and joy to any home. Just be warned, he's a bit cautious around newcomers, so expect some hide-and-seek sessions until he warms up to them. And as for small children, well, let's just say Gus believes in the "out of sight, out of mind" philosophy and tends to steer clear of them. Gus would do well with older or quieter kids.
