My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***FOSTER OR ADOPTER WANTED – CURRENTLY ON LONG ISLAND***

Meet Charlie, a one-year-old, 60lb. red nose pittie with the most soulful eyes and sweet soul. After being adopted a year ago, the family unfortunately needs to now rehome him as he's not getting along well with the other dog in the family. He's currently with his owners on Long Island in New York and desperately needs a new home ASAP!

Charlie is good with people of all ages, including young children. He presently lives with a two-year-old who is constantly all over him. While Charlie is fine with humans, he needs to be an only dog. He has never been tested with cats. He is very energetic and would love a nice fenced yard to play in. Charlie enjoys going for walks and is always up for an adventure in the car. He adores cuddles and attention, and really loves his treats! Charlie is house and crate trained, as well as understands basic commands like sit, paw and lay down.

He is vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, neutered, and is on monthly prevention.

**This is a courtesy post for PAWS Long Island who is in contact with the current owners. If you have specific questions about Charlie or are interested in applying/meeting him, please email adoptions@paws-li.org or call 631-306-4616. You can also CC or email info@happilyfureverafter.org directly.
