Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Delilah is a fun, calm, gentle, 5-year-old Black Lab mix.
In September, she had knee surgery due to an injury, but it has fully healed, and you can't even tell anything was wrong. No other health problems other than being a little bit overweight.
Fun facts:
Extremely food-driven (will do all of her three tricks for a treat).
Is very gentle at taking food/treats from your hand.
Love to play fetch and keep-away (will play growl but isn't aggressive).
Isn't destructive (Leave non-dog toys alone).
Doesn't get on furniture (this could be good or bad, depending on if you want a couch buddy).
She sleeps in her own bed at night.
Is excellent with babies and young kids (She came to us from a family with two young kids).
She does great at the groomers, doggy daycare, and overnight boarding.
Can be left home alone for hours without a kennel.
Loves laying out on a sunny day.
Overall, Delilah is a wonderful dog that would do well in a family home.
