Meet our beautiful blue cat named Cinnamon Bun! Cinnamon Bun came to our shelter after a state marshal eviction. She is a very sweet girl who loves to be brushed and get attention! She is approximately 4 years old. We believe she is some kind of Siamese mix due to her coloring. Cinnamon Bun was a bit shy the first few days she was with us, but her personality opened up and she showed us that she is a really nice girl! Cinnamon Bun is fine with being picked up a carried. She will tap your leg with her little paw when she wants attention. Cinnamon Bun is a little overweight at this time and could use a bit of a diet. She did live with another cat in a small apartment. She does hiss a little at new cats, but we think she would acclimate quickly in a home with a friendly cat. Cinnamon Bun can go to a home with children 10 years old and older.

MAC IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK (M-F 8-4pm) (Sat-Sun 10-4pm) Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal. Appts to meet cats can made to suit your schedule, please email/call for an appt. We do prefer to be contacted by email for adoption inquiries at Adopt@savingpawsct.org. The office phone number is 203-235-4179. Leave a message, and someone will call you back promptly.
You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.
An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.
ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
