My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bean! Bean is 5.5 years young. He was being fed by a kind family in their backyard when they reached out to us for help. Bean likes sleeping in boxes, going under beds, laying in his foster family’s laps (he purrs so much), being brushed, playing with small soft balls or toy mice on his own, food, and sleeping. He doesn’t like being left completely alone (as long as you’re in the same house it’s fine, doors open, otherwise he’ll cry). He loves pets and cuddles, but he’ll let you know when he wants them. He’s a gentle boy who also likes a good conversation from time to time. Bean is great as an only cat. He is untried with other cats or dogs.

Bean has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, vet checked and tested negative for FIV/FELV. He is scheduled to have his teeth cleaned Jan 22nd which will be done at our cost. If you have room for this boy, who so deserves a family of his own, in your heart & your home, contact us here or email heartstohomesfelines@gmail.com. The adoption fee is $250.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The first thing we require is completion of our Application & Agreement. It is one page, asks for a reference and requires (among other things) that you agree not to de-claw the cat, not to let the cat roam freely outdoors, and to return the cat if the adoption does not work out for any reason.

We deliver the cat upon approval of the application.

All cats are spayed/neutered/vaccinated/microchipped and adult cats are tested for FIV/FELV.
