My name is DAKOTA!

Hello My name is Dakota and I`m Available through Grand Prairie Animal Services! I`m a 4 year old american stafford and love playing with people. The most important fact about me is I love to happy run whenever I get walks and love snuggling.

The staff here at the shelter say I am very happy and playful. I have high energy and will need to be exercised and played with daily. In the shelter I might seem shy in my kennel but get excited once we spend time together. My medical history says I`m healthy and shelter staff hasn`t seen any medical concerns.

During my play groups and assessment the shelter team found that I am a little scared of high energy dogs. I`m still working on Leash walking, learning basic commands but the crew thinks I have SO much potential when adopted.

I`d love to meet the whole family and fuzzy friends, my new running buddy, my new best friend and live my best life.
