My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Holly: The Tortie Beauty with a Heart Full of Love

Are you in search of a feline friend who will wrap you in endless affection and shower you with unconditional love? Look no further than Holly, the stunning tortoiseshell girl whose gentle spirit and loving nature will melt your heart.

Holly's journey hasn't been easy – abandoned by her previous family, she's ready to start anew and find her forever home where she'll be cherished and adored. Despite her past, Holly's heart remains full of love, and she's eager to share it with a special someone who will give her the love and attention she deserves.

One of Holly's most endearing qualities is her love for hugs. She's a master at reaching up and wrapping her paws around you, offering hugs that will make you feel truly cherished and appreciated. There's nothing she loves more than snuggling up in your arms and basking in the warmth of your affection.

But that's not all – Holly is also a fan of belly rubs! She'll gladly roll over and expose her fluffy belly for some gentle pets and scratches, reveling in the joy of being pampered and loved. With Holly by your side, every day will be filled with moments of pure happiness and contentment.

While Holly adores people with all her heart, she's not too keen on sharing that love with other cats. She's happiest when she's the sole recipient of your affection and attention, and she thrives best in a home where she can be the center of your world.

With her striking tortoiseshell coat and soulful eyes, Holly is truly a sight to behold. But it's her loving personality and unwavering devotion that make her truly special. If you're ready to welcome a furry friend who will love you unconditionally and bring endless joy into your life, then look no further than Holly.

Come meet this beautiful tortie girl and let her fill your days with love, cuddles, and happiness. Adopt Holly today and embark on a journey of companionship and love that will last a lifetime.

More about this rescue

Adopt a Cat Foundation, is a non-profit organization, committed to finding more loving and humane care options for the many homeless, injured and hungry cats and kittens that populate our county. Founded by 18-year recue veteran Inga Hanley, the foundation operates solely through donations,(which are tax deductible) and the assistance of small but dedicated volunteer force---which is always in need of more helping hands.
We provide the following services for the cats and kittens we rescue.

Humanely trap, spay/neuter and medicate as needed.

Provide temporary housing and care in one of two ways: in the shelter, or in one of our foster homes.

Evaluate their behavior and adoptability, adopt out the socialized ones to loving and hopefully permanent homes. Release the feral ones back to there committed colony caregiver who feeds them daily and monitors their welfare.

We also provide community service in other ways. Education on spay-neuter
programs to the public, schools and other non profit groups.

Education on care and handling of feline pets.

Participation in youth and school programs that offer credit for volunteer activities.

We do all this and more because we love them.
