Volunteers who have spent time with Bilbo have learned that he is a well-behaved and non-reactive companion when it comes to other dogs, displaying a calm demeanor during walks. He is picking up on leash skills quickly, with very little pulling. When he spots a furry friend his body language remains relaxed, making him a joy to leash and walk.
Bilbo hasn't shown much interest in toys, but his affectionate nature truly shines when it comes to cuddles and pets. Bilbo is a lap-loving aficionado, finding comfort in resting his head on your lap while you shower him with affection. His peaceful disposition remains consistent from the moment you put on his harness until he returns to his kennel.

We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.
