My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Karenka

Gender: Female

Age: Approx 1 year (as of 1/06/24)

Breed: Belgian Shepherd Mix

Size: Medium

Color: Tan

Health: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped

About: Karenka was rescued from the streets of El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico. In her foster home she lives with one other dog. Karenka is a sassy & curious girl. She can be a little intense when she meets a dog for the first time, as she gets excited. It is recommended to do gradual introduction to other dogs. Karenka is protective & loyal. She thinks she needs to keep her home and people safe. She is a very silly, energetic, and playful puppy. She loves toys and to play fetch. She loves to snuggle. Karenka is potty trained and will sleep through the whole night without any accidents. Karenka would do best with an active family. Karenka is quick to learn and eager to please.  It is unknown if Karenka gets along with cats. Karenka’s wish is to finally get her own forever family.

Karenka is waiting in Mexico for a commited trial family in order to come to WA. To learn more www.northwestwagrescue.org
