My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peanut is a beautiful calico + white girl. When Peanut was pregnant, she was thrown out of a window by her previous owner. Despite this, Peanut is an amazing mother to all 5 of her kittens. Peanut's 5 babies have gone to loving forever homes, and now it is Peanut's turn! She is very affectionate, quiet, and calm, and gets along well with both the cats and dog in her foster home.

Peanut was born around September 18, 2022, and is currently being fostered in Oakville. She is fixed, has had her rabies and first distemper shots, is microchipped and tested neg for FIV/FeLV*

All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved.

Application for adoption can be found at  https://www.fosterandforever.org/
Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24 - 48 hrs.

Meet the Pet

We are a foster based rescue. All our cats reside in private homes. A meet-and-greet can be arranged for approved adopters only.

Additional adoption info

The first step in our adoption process is for you to fill out an adoption application which can be found on our website, www.fosterandforever.org. If all is well on your application, we will contact you about setting up a home visit by one of our staff members.

****Please give your vet permission to release information to us as we check references.

The adoption fee for our cats covers the cost of spaying/neutering, age appropriate routine vaccinations, deworming, snap test, and flea preventive treatment. Some of our older cats are at a reduced price in order to encourage placement in a permanent home.

Thank you for your interest in adopting from Foster and Forever Pet Rescue!

NOTE; FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR FURBABIES AND ADOPTER’S CHILDREN, WE DO NOT ADOPT OUT TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE!!!!

More about this rescue

Foster and Forever Pet Rescue Inc, is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit rescue that was founded in 2011. We have been working since then to improve the lives of abandoned, abused and homeless animals by serving as an umbrella under which foster homes will provide care for homeless animals until loving permanent homes can be found.

We provide spay/neuter services, all necessary medical care, as well as food and supplies and more and find foster homes to care for the animals we rescue until we are able to find them forever homes. For additional information, visit our web site: www.fosterandforever.org or our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/Foster-and-Forever-Pet-Rescue-181681898594898
