My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Jack’s former owner was a lovely elderly woman who has suddenly had to move to assisted living home due to a major health issue. Jack also lived with Bella, an orange tabby (6 yrs old). It would be ideal if they could be together but will separate if necessary.
Both cats absolutely love to be pet and brushed! Jack is more shy and reserved than friendly Bella! He takes a while to warm up to you but once he knows that you’ll show him some affection, he’ll be your best buddy!
For now, the cats are being cared for by friends, but they are terribly allergic to cats & thus the cats aren’t getting the love and attention that would be ideal for such affectionate pets.
Unknown: how he will do in a boisterous home, with dogs and outdoors. He is pretty shy, and hides when he encounters strangers. Both cats’ lives were limited to their apartment & very small social circle.
Also unknown: last vet check. We have some vet paperwork for 2 yrs ago, but couldn’t find any recent bills.
