Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ada,
It is with heavy hearts we are asking to rehome our 7 year-old female Aussie Doodle, Ada. She's an incredibly sweet dog overall that we rescued when she was about 2. Unfortunately she's had 2 nipping incidents towards our toddler, likely due to being protective of our oldest child, which has caused us to lose trust in keeping our children safe at this age.
Ada is up to date on vaccines, on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative meds. However, she had pneumonia a few years back which resulted in a harmless, but chronic cough/hack which she has a medicine to reduce the symptoms (hydroxyzine 2x/day). Ada is 60lbs and about 20in tall, low-shed.
Ada is shy at first but is a great companion dog. She loves walks on or off leash and would make a great addition to a home with older kids or no kids. She loves other dogs once she gets to know them (cats unknown). She would come with all her supplies.
We are sad to have to let her go, but the safety of our kids has to come first.
